Throughout Harrison County and beyond, young talented individuals are making an impact in leadership roles within businesses and the community. Recognizing the needs and interests of this diverse group, the Harrison County Chamber of Commerce is excited to promote the North Central Young Leaders. This division of the Chamber serves the needs of individuals within Harrison and surrounding counties between the ages of 21 and 40.  

NCYL will focus around three key components: networking, community involvement, and professional development. The organization will host periodic after hours events for networking and building business relationships, provide opportunities for involvement in community service, and develop programs for the professional growth of its members. The organization will further serve as an avenue to increase the participation of young individuals within the Chamber in all of its initiatives.
