This year we have engaged in an active initiative to shape the Harrison County Chamber for the future. We have outlined a program of work that will better serve the membership. The Chamber is here to represent and promote our businesses through exposure at Chamber events, publications, media opportunities and more. The program of work of the Chamber is largely accomplished by its membership through volunteer efforts. Our committees are very involved and produce many useful activities. Members are encouraged to participate in the standing committees of the Chamber. This involvement will ensure that the voice of business is heard throughout our community.
We want to make the Chamber a more interactive organization for the membership. Workshops, breakfast and luncheon meetings that provide educational and informational sessions for our members and the community are in progress. If you are interested in learning more about the Chamber, please let us hear from you. The Chamber is active in many facets of the community and your input is valuable to us.
