HIGH SCHOOL BUSINESS SYMPOSIUM
The Education Committee of the Harrison County Chamber of Commerce also sponsors the annual Anthony "Tony" Felosa High School Business Symposium for high school juniors. The program is designed to introduce students to entrepreneurial concepts. Over the course of two days, the student develop a business plan and present it to a panel of judges. The winning team receives scholarships to the Hi-Y Free Enterprise Camp. The Symposium is planned for the Spring each year and is named in honor of a past chair, Tony Felosa, whose dedication to the students was endless. For more information, students should see their guidance counselors.
