Katherine D. Wagner, PCED, IOM, President

Kathy was selected to lead the Harrison County Chamber of Commerce in August 1999. Kathy previously worked at the Marion County Chamber of Commerce for more than ten years.
In addition to over 21 years of Chamber experience, Kathy was awarded the IOM graduate recognition after completing the US Chamber of Commerce's Institute for Organization Management in 2000. She has also participated in economic development basic training through the Council for Urban Economic Development, completed Leadership West Virginia in 2003, and completed the three-year Community Development Institute East program 2006. She earned her Professional Community & Economic Developer (PCED) certification in 2006 through the national Community Development Council and was recertified as a PCED in 2009.
As Chamber President, Kathy serves on the I-79 Development Council, is a past President of the Mountaineer Development Council, is a past President of the West Virginia Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives, is a member of the West Virginia Economic Development Council and a former member of the West Virginia Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. She is serving her third appointment on the Region VI Workforce Investment Board and is presently Chair of that Board. She was also elected to the United Hospital Center Board of Directors for 2010-2012.
Kathy graduated Magna Cum Laude from Mountain State University with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership, Management and Development. She served as Treasurer of the WV Three Rivers Festival Board of Directors from 1996 to 2009. She also serves on the Board of Directors and is Secretary for HOPE, Inc. Task Force on Domestic Violence. Kathy is a native of the north central West Virginia area.
Mary Beth Aman, IOM, Director of Finance/Administration

Mary Beth has been with the Harrison County Chamber of Commerce since 1994. During that time, she has served with many board of directors, community leaders and other professional business leaders. In August 2005, Mary Beth received the IOM graduate recognition through the US Chamber's Institute for Organization Management at Villanova University.
Mary Beth graduated from the 2001 Leadership Harrison Program and serves as Alumni. Currently, she serves on the WV State Chamber Small Business Committee, Governor's I-79 Highway Safety Council and the WV Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives. She also serves as Secretary of the United Way of Harrison County's Board of Directors.
She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Banking from Fairmont State College. In addition, she completed the ACC-I Insurance Adjuster Certification Program in Chicago, IL.
A native of Harrison County, she is married to Tom, who is Managing Partner of Toothman Rice PLLC, and they have one son Thomas Jr., an attorney at Steptoe & Johnson, and a granddaughter Emily.
Joye K. Menendez, Administrative Assistant

Joye started at the Harrison County Chamber of Commerce in October 2003. Prior to joining the Chamber, she worked at Eat' n Park Restaurant in Clarksburg for 11 years.
To look out for her future, Joye attended Stanley Technical Institute to take Microsoft Office. She had courses in Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Power Point, and Microsoft Word. She graduated with a 4.0 in August 2003. Joye earned certificates as Microsoft Specialist for Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
A native of Harrison County, Joye is married to Steven and has two sons, Jason who is a 2009 graduate of Fairmont State University, Justin who is a 2009 graduate of Bridgeport High School, and granddaughter Bianca.
