Mike Queen currently serves as Deputy, Chief of Staff and Director of Communications for the Office of WV Secretary of State Mac Warner.

Prior to joining the Secretary of State's office in 2017, Mike owned and operated a number of businesses throughout West Virginia. He has been an investor, consultant, partner, or owner of more than seventeen businesses from 1988 to present. His entrepreneurial spirit has allowed him to create business opportunities in newspaper publishing as well as in the trucking, mining, talk radio, and social media industries. In the last 33 years, Mike has consulted for more than 200 federal, state, and local political campaigns. He represents the WV Secretary of State's Office and the WV One Stop Business Center in the WV Entrepreneur Ecosystem.

A graduate of Marshall University, Mike is a former member of the West Virginia legislature. He is also a former member and president of the Harrison County Board of Education.
